The Ultra-Precision Micro Profile Grinder UPZ210LiII was developed for the fine grinding process demanded by the high end molding industry.
It was designed as superior equipment for fine mold, connectors and other higher level job to improve the capability and productivity.
Concept
This machine not only moves longitudinally, but also uses 3-axis linear motors to drive the vertical and cross feed. The tracking and reliability are raised to the maximum accuracy. Additionally, it enables the machine tool CAD data used in previous processes to be incorporated for a simplified data input.
Furthermore, it is also applicable to particular shape tool process for it has a 3-D Shape functionality as a standard feature.
User-friendly interactive software
The ultra-precision micro profile grinder comes with interactive software to improve the following overall operations.
1. Automatic programing functions
Unlike the profile grinder, a G code program can be created by selecting the process starting and completion position, the creation of trajectory program based on point teaching.
2. Graphic functions
G Code program can display the graphics even without starting the cycle. The program follow-up work can be easily done and can increase work efficiency.
3. Free user usage area
1)The user memory is significantly increased to 30MB, large volume of data storage is now available.
2)File management has become simple; because a customer can create his own folder.
3)Man-hour management is easy with the cycle time estimating function.
