We have made all processes in-house, not only machine operating and assembly, but also from wooden mold designs and production, casting, and plating and coating.
The purpose is to monitoring the manufacture of high quality products from beginning to the end.
All the accumulated know-how involved in all stages of the production process is being actively used in our development and we will continue providing excellent products.

Uncompromising quality

Okamoto demands high standards and precision of every product from the individual component to the complete machine. In order to provide high quality precision products, Annaka Plant is equipped with constant temperature booths set at ±0.5°C in a fully ventilated, semi-underground plant that was built on solid ground.
In addition, the high level environment for the assembly of the components, the clean room for the semiconductor equipment is equipped with test processing booths and inspection booths which have a class 1000 rating.
