Feature
・The internal-type slicer is available in a series to accommodate various sizes. The straightness of the cutting feed guide surface and spindle rotational accuracy have been enhanced to high precision based on technology cultivated through years of machine tool design and manufacturing.
Additionally, this high-precision machine guarantees mechanical vibration at an amplitude level of 1 μm or less.
・Multi-Slicer ASM420M⇒This multi-slicer achieves high-efficiency slicing processing through the combination of a high-rigidity spindle and a high-output motor.
Features an integrated grinding wheel head and column structure with a sinking column mechanism. This design delivers high rigidity and stable machining accuracy.
The spindle motor is equipped with a high-torque 5.5 kW type as standard. This enables high-load capacity machining using multi-wheel systems.
