Feature
・Vertical and horizontal feed has a minimum setting of 0.1μm. The lateral sliding motion employs V-V sliding surfaces, achieving high precision through traditional hand-finishing.
・Standard SUS cover adoption extends machine cover lifespan.
・The Toyoshi shaft’s rigidity ratio is 1.45 times that of conventional models. The frame has been enlarged to increase front-to-rear stability, resulting in a high-rigidity specification.
・Adopting a hydraulic-free structure eliminates the primary cause of thermal displacement. By eliminating waste oil disposal, CO2 reduction achieved 199.2 kg.
・Vertical and horizontal scale feedback is now standard specification. The 2.2kW toy-shaft motor and toy-shaft inverter, previously optional, are also standard specifications, achieving high-precision performance.
