A versatile, eco-friendly form grinding machine that eliminates the need for waste oil disposal.
Feature
・Vertical and cross feed has a setting increment of 0.1μm. The longitudinal and cross slide employs V-V slideway, achieving high precision over traditional manually scraped surface.
・Standard SUS cover adoption extends machine cover lifespan.
・The wheel spindle rigidity is 1.45 times that of conventional models. The frame has been enlarged to increase cross direction stability, resulting in a high-rigidity specification.
・Adopting a hydraulic-free structure eliminates the primary cause of thermal displacement. By eliminating waste oil disposal, CO2 reduction achieved 199.2 kg.
・・Vertical and cross scale feedback is provided in the standard model. The 2.2 kW wheel spindle motor and wheel spindle inverter, previously optional, are also provided in the standard model, achieving high-precision performance.
