Concept
The rotary grinding machine features up to four-step grinding and an automatic dressing function. Traverse and plunge grinding modes are selectable.
Feature
・The unique double column structure enables stable feed and high-precision grinding. Since the wheel spindle moves along the guideway of double column type, it offers excellent operability and minimizes posture changes during infeed. Operators can perform setup without changing their working position, and the low height of the chuck top surface facilitates easy workpiece loading and unloading.
・Grinding with the tilted table is also supported. With simple operation to tilt the table, this rotary surface grinding machine is ideal for grinding parts with tapered shapes such as convex or concave profiles, as well as blades.
・Simply input the required data by following the standard interactive screen to create grinding cycles. It is well-regarded for its user-friendliness and high-precision grinding.
