General-purpose precision surface grinding machine featuring industry-leading column-type high rigidity machine, automatic dressing function, and touch panel.

・Adopts T-shaped frame integrated structure with no overhang, and longitudinal V-V guideway of excellent straightness.

・In addition to the column type, which makes it easy to attach and detach large workpieces and set up, there is no workpiece overhang even when the table is at full stroke, enabling stable machining accuracy.

・The adoption of touch panel input enabled alarms, which previously only displayed alarm numbers, to be shown by the text form. Furthermore, the self-diagnostic function allows users to check the operating status of various parts, resulting in further advances in maintenance.

・New functions such as automatic dressing function (rough grinding, dressing, and fine grinding) and shift plunging function were added. Automation of grinding was achieved while retaining general-purpose operation by hydraulic handles for longitudinal movement.

・High-efficiency grinding wheel (CubitronTM II) is included as a standard accessory, and the combination of a column-type high-rigidity grinding machine and TWIN-BIX fine bubble generator makes it possible to significantly increase the conventional infeed amount.
