High positioning accuracy achieved through simultaneous 3-axis CNC control. A wide range of options are available to accommodate diverse grinding methods, along with optional combinations for automated in-machine measurement devices and articulated robots.

・The frame features an overhang-free T-shaped monocoque structure. By supporting the three axes—vertical, horizontal, and lateral—with ball screw drives and linear roller guides, it ensures high positioning accuracy and exceptional rigidity across all axes.

・Standard capabilities include flat automatic cycle grinding, shift plunge grinding, traverse grinding, multi-position grinding, crowning grinding, taper grinding, and high-speed & low-speed creep grinding.

・By installing an indexing device as an option, indexing machining becomes possible.

・The standard dresser is a tabletop 3-way dresser, but we offer a wide range of optional dressers, including rotary dressers, swivel dressers, and overhead dressers.

・Optional touch probe measurement devices and CCD camera measurement devices can also be installed, enabling an automated cycle of measurement and grinding without removing the workpiece.

・Can also be repurposed as a forming grinding machine. We also accommodate customer-specified workpiece automation proposals.
