・For surface grinding, our proprietary control system enables automatic cycle operation: rough grinding → automatic dressing → finish grinding → spark-out.

・We also support form grinding. While the standard dressing unit is a tabletop single-direction type, we offer a wide range of optional dressing units, including rotary dressing units, swivel dressing units, and overhead dressing units.

・For automatic machining of difficult-to-cut or high-hardness materials, manual dress interruptions during the cycle are possible depending on machining conditions, allowing easy adjustment of dress intervals and air cut amounts.

・For custom specifications, leveraging our long-cultivated experience, we offer a combination of ‘high-efficiency machining’, ‘grinding wheel spindle swivel specification’, ‘in-machine measurement/correction machining’, and ‘variable input via macro programs’ to accommodate a wide range of applications.
