We have a wide lineup of ultra-precision bed grinders that meet the necessary requirements for surface grinders.

・For dynamic straightness on cross rails where level adjustment is not possible, we pre-set the deflection amount caused by grinding wheel shaft movement through crowning machining. However, fine adjustments during assembly are completed using a unique mechanical adjustment mechanism incorporated into the design. This mechanism offers the advantage of allowing adjustments without removing the cross rail, even if adjustments become necessary due to changes over time after delivery.

・The CHNC series and multi-tasking machine lineup are versatile compact mother machines developed in response to user needs that “do not require large-bed grinding machines.”

・For liquid crystal components requiring high surface roughness, such as photomasks and coating nozzles, polishing may be necessary after grinding. We can propose a configuration using this machine as the front-end grinding machine, incorporating a free abrasive particle processing machine for the back-end process.
