・The column type allows independent movement of the table left and right and the column (head) forward and backward, so there is no forward or backward movement even with large, heavy workpieces. The forward and backward positional relationship between the operator and the workpiece (table) is always constant, providing excellent operability.

・The table is driven from both sides and features an overhang-free design, ensuring stable machining accuracy without wobbling even when turning heavy workpieces.

・The machine’s operating handles and control panel are designed to be concentrated at the front, incorporating ergonomic operability and interlocks.

・With a control system incorporating proprietary software, it is easy to set up a fully automatic grinding cycle of “rough grinding ⇒ fine grinding ⇒ sparking out ⇒ stopping at the right end of the table.”

・Grinding conditions can be set while checking them with a digital switch, and manual intervention during cycle operation is also possible. During manual intervention, the current cutting position is constantly fed back and accurately displayed digitally. When manual intervention is canceled, automatic operation resumes and the remaining grinding is continued.
