Concept

Improved tooth profile, tooth trace, and pitch accuracy to achieve machining precision equivalent to the former JIS Class 0.

Feature

・The spindle motor was changed from belt-driven to a built-in type, and the encoder resolution was increased (approximately 3 times that of the previous model) to suppress spindle vibration. Furthermore, by also increasing the resolution of the molding feed encoder (approximately 3 times that of the previous model), tooth profile accuracy has been further improved.

・Mount the workpiece axis encoder directly below the workpiece axis. This increases the encoder resolution and reduces synchronization error, further improving pitch accuracy.

・Low-expansion castings are used in critical areas such as the worktable to suppress thermal displacement. A machine structure that supports high-precision machining.

・By making the grinding wheel forming feed shaft a new standard feature, automatic dressing cycles are now possible.
The twin rotary dressing system reduces dressing time and extends diamond life.
