Feature
・We have completed a bed grinding machine boasting one of the world’s largest sizes for hydrostatic guide surface systems, with a processing range of 10m in length and 3.5m in width (4m passage width), achieving the highest precision in abrasive flat grinding: a flatness of 30nm/m².
・Our proprietary variable hydrostatic slide system is employed for the table’s left and right guide surfaces and cross rails. This system flexibly controls flow rate in response to load, minimizing changes in the guide surface oil film and maintaining a constant gap across the entire guide surface.
・Achieving straightness precision on the reference surface in both lateral and longitudinal directions enables ultra-precision machining of large workpieces.
