Feature
・Developed the ultra-precision micro-profile grinding machine UPZ210LiⅡ for the micro-forming grinding field of mold components. This machine was developed as an upgraded model of the UPZ210Li, which has been well-received in the micro-forming mold processing field for connectors and other applications, further enhancing its capabilities and operability.
・This machine employs linear motor drives on all three axes—not only left-right drive but also up-down and front-back—further enhancing each axis’s tracking performance and reliability. It also enables importing CAD data from machine tools used in preceding processes, simplifying data input.
・Optional indexing device compatibility; also supports ultra-fine grinding processes such as circular punching.
・Simply select the start and end positions to generate G-code programs. No need for point-by-point trajectory programming like on profile grinding machines.
・As standard software, features roughing plunge traverse to shorten cycle time.
