Feature
・Released as the successor to the previous PSG-DX series. While retaining the same operating methods as the previous series, the select switch operation has been changed to a touch panel operation, further improving operability.
・New functions such as automatic dressing function (rough grinding, dressing, and fine grinding) and shift plunging function were added. Automation of grinding was achieved while retaining general-purpose operation by hydraulic handles for longitudinal movement.
・The adoption of touch panel input enabled alarms, which previously only displayed alarm numbers, to be shown by the text form. Furthermore, the self-diagnostic function allows users to check the operating status of various parts, resulting in further advances in maintenance.
・Stainless steel cover is equipped as a standard accessory, extending the service life of the machine covers.
・Lubrication/hydraulic oil pumps are installed outside the machine and tanks are separated, so that lubrication/hydraulic oils can be replaced separately.
・The use of cross servo motor greatly improved the cross-positioning accuracy.
