A bed grinding machine ideal for grinding composite guideways of machine tools.
Feature
・To achieve high-precision grinding across the entire table surface, the cross rail is equipped with our original adjustment mechanism to maintain straightness. Since post-assembly adjustment of the cross rail’s straightness is difficult, we perform repeated pre-grinding to set tendency alignment. This mechanism allows adjustments to be made without removing the cross rail, even years after delivery when adjustments become necessary.
・Crowning grinding that requires convex or concave grinding is optionally supported. This reduces the time required for setting tendency alignment of machine tool frames.
