・To achieve high-precision machining across the entire table surface, the cross rail is equipped with our proprietary mechanical adjustment mechanism to maintain straightness. Since adjusting the cross rail’s straightness after assembly is difficult, we perform repeated pre-machining to establish a baseline. This mechanism allows adjustments to be made without removing the cross rail, even years after delivery when adjustments become necessary.

・Optional support for crowning grinding requiring medium convex or concave machining. This reduces the time required for setting up machine tool frames.
