Concept
An eco-friendly NC forming grinding machine developed to pursue superior positioning accuracy in both vertical and horizontal directions, eliminating the need for waste oil processing.
Feature
・Vertical and horizontal feed has a minimum setting of 0.1μm. The lateral sliding motion employs V-V sliding surfaces, achieving high precision through traditional lapping and grinding.
・Standard SUS cover adoption extends machine cover lifespan.
・The Toyoshi shaft’s rigidity ratio is 1.45 times that of conventional models. The frame has been enlarged to increase front-to-rear stability, resulting in a high-rigidity specification.
・Adopting a hydraulic-free structure eliminates the primary cause of thermal displacement. By eliminating waste oil disposal, CO2 reduction achieved 199.2 kg.
