Feature
・Features the industry’s first digital conversion function that registers not only data entered via the LCD screen, but also grinding conditions and table speed settings configured via the select switch. Achieves both versatility and data registration—a challenging combination. Capable of storing up to 36 different machining conditions.
・Ball screws and linear guides are employed for table drive and guide surfaces, achieving high-precision positioning at the rear end, high repeatability, and high rigidity. Furthermore, the hydraulic-free design eliminates the hassle of hydraulic oil temperature management and replacement.
・Table position input employs a teaching method using graphical symbols displayed on the operation screen. This design builds upon the proven track record of the previous model, which was highly regarded for its excellent operability.
