IGM2TNCⅢ: Large internal grinding machine capable of spindle base swivel up to 15° for workpieces up to 1000m in length
IGM2TNCⅢ-3SP, 4SP: Large internal grinding machines with maximum lengths of 1000 to 2000 mm (subject to separate consultation)
Feature
・For geometric dialogue software specifications, continuous operation of up to 8 processes can be configured. Settings such as table reversal position and cutting start position can be entered either via key input or teaching mode.
・To change the workpiece length, shift the spindle head left or right. Additionally, interrupt dressing, cycle interruption, and retraction are possible during the cycle.
・End face grinding of long workpieces is also possible with optional equipment.
