Concept
Simultaneous grinding of outer diameter and end face enables rapid grinding of stepped workpieces and similar items.
Feature
・The grinding wheel spindle employs angular contact bearings, enhancing thrust-direction rigidity and minimizing deflection to deliver superior performance in face grinding. Its high radial rigidity also enables stable machining of difficult-to-cut materials without deflection.
・The angle type (grinding wheel spindle fixed at 30° to the right) allows for wide use of the grinding wheel’s outer circumference, enabling high-efficiency machining with high precision even on end faces.
・It offers versatile usability despite being a mass-production machine, such as enabling manual grinding for dress interruptions during grinding cycles and handling single-piece machining.
