・Featuring a unit structure with a thick wheel spindle and ultra-precision roller bearings, it achieves outstanding rigidity while minimizing heat generation. This structure is ideal for form grinding machines requiring precise positioning in the cross direction.
・Fully manual type (DXII Type), longitudinal automatic (C Type), vertical and longitudinal automatic (P Type), fully automatic (A Type), etc. are selectable according to your grinding requirements.
・Fully automatic models feature the ultra-fine infeed function with a minimum vertical increment of 0.1 μm as standard, in addition to the fully automatic cycle of rough grinding → fine grinding → spark-out, which brings excellent performance in precision grinding operations.
It is highly effective for precision grinding.
